Join us for a meaningful and engaging evening focused on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a type of depression that typically occurs during the fall and winter months. Often referred to as "winter depression," SAD can affect anyone, and we’re here to discuss ways to cope, support each other, and find light in the darker seasons.


Enjoy a night of board games, pizza, networking, and an in-depth conversation about managing SAD, all in the cozy atmosphere of the Book Bar in Palmyra, PA, on Friday, February 14th, from 7:00–10:00 PM.

This event is for adults 18+, and tickets are donate what you can, with a suggested donation of $15 per person. Contributions will help cover food costs and support book donations to local communities.
